Are you a Ruby/Rails expert ready to own the full development lifecycle, from API design to UI integration? We are looking for a driven Full-Stack Developer to work on modern applications!

• End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire application lifecycle, writing clean, scalable code and delivering functional web applications.
• Strategic Integration: Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth technical integration between server-side APIs and client-side UI.
• Architecture & APIs: Design, build, and maintain robust, high-performance APIs and server-side services.
• Testing & Reliability: Implement and maintain robust testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E) across the stack to ensure performance and reliability.
• Deployment & Monitoring: Monitor, diagnose, and optimize deployed applications for latency and throughput (DevOps awareness).
• Collaboration: Actively collaborate across teams (Product, Design) to translate user feedback into technical specifications and write clear functional guides.

• Deep Expertise: Proven mastery of Ruby/Rails and strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (or TypeScript), ideally with a front-end framework.
• Architecture: Strong expertise in RESTful and/or GraphQL API design and documentation.
• Data Management: Proven experience in performance tuning Relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Quality Focus: Experience implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD/BDD) and commitment to DRY/SOLID principles ✅.
• Fundamentals: Expert knowledge of programming concepts (Data Structures, Time/Space Complexity).
• Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly master new languages, frameworks, or libraries as product needs evolve.
• Proof of Work: A Public Git Repository (GitHub, GitLab, etc.) is mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Proficient in communicating in English.
