• End-to-End Product Engineering: Own bounded features from design to deployment across frontend, backend, and database layers. Write and test code, perform cross-layer debugging, and assist senior engineers with production deployments and complex R&D initiatives.
• Applied AI & Architecture: Integrate LLM APIs, tool calls, and RAG workflows into applications. Demonstrate strong judgment on context limits, workflow efficiency, and crucially when GenAI is not the appropriate solution. Propose technical improvements and clearly document the associated tradeoffs.
• Security & Code Quality: Enforce secure coding practices applying knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, and the OWASP Top 10. Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high testing standards, flag obvious security risks, and prevent AI misuse.
• Agile Leadership & Communication: Facilitate daily stand-ups, drive sprint execution, and engage in client touchpoints. Proactively communicate potential risks before they impact delivery.
• Team Development: Mentor juniors, and actively support growth by conducting technical interviews.

• Experience & Education: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, developing, and shipping scalable software, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Core Technical Skills: Track record of full-stack delivery with strong cross-layer debugging skills, Git fluency, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker. Proven ability to quickly adopt new programming paradigms and languages.
• AI & Security Acumen: Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, and LLM APIs, paired with a solid foundation in modern authentication mechanisms and web security principles.
• Communication: Strong bilingual proficiency in Bangla and English. Capable of explaining complex technical options and tradeoffs clearly in both written documentation and live meetings.
