• Architecture & Workstream Leadership: Own complete workstreams from design to release, breaking down ambiguous requirements into executable tasks. Think architecturally and write comprehensive Technical Decision Records (TDRs) to document meaningful technical, AI, and security tradeoffs.
• Cloud, DevOps & Security: Lead production deployments and manage infrastructure on cloud platforms using IaC (Terraform) and Kubernetes. Apply intermediate security practices (secrets management, log redaction) and fundamental networking configurations (VPC, subnets, firewalls, NAT, CIDR). (Preferred: Knowledge of PHI/PII, GDPR-aware data handling, and encryption at rest/in transit).
• Stakeholder Management & Mentorship: Run effective meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, proactively escalating delivery or architectural risks. Mentor junior engineers through sandbox training and rigorous reviews of their coding, security, and AI habits.
• Applied AI & Innovation: Master new technologies rapidly and leverage AI to maximize workflow efficiency. (Preferred: Design and ship production-ready GenAI features, including RAG, vectorization, context management, and evaluation/guardrails).

• Experience & Education: 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Must have a track record of leading at least one complete workstream from design to production release.
• System Design & Core Engineering: Advanced system design skills with strong language- and framework-agnostic judgment. Proven ability to quickly learn new programming paradigms. Advanced database expertise, including query optimization, indexing, and full-text search.
• Infrastructure & Security: Production experience on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, or Azure) with hands-on Terraform, container orchestration (Kubernetes/K3S), and solid networking fundamentals. Practical knowledge of applied security, encryption, and secrets management.
• Communication: Exceptional technical writing abilities for TDRs and design docs, paired with strong client communication skills. Bilingual proficiency in Bangla and English is required.
• AI Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in using AI to enhance development workflows. (Preferred: Hands-on production experience building GenAI features, working with vector databases, evaluation, and guardrails).
