Job Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitors; develop consumer personas; perform SWOT analysis
- Brand Strategy: Define brand mission, vision, values, and architecture; ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Media Relations: Build relationships with journalists and media outlets, pitch stories, manage press releases, and coordinate interviews or press conferences
- Visual Identity: Maintain brand guidelines, design assets, logos, and color schemes; collaborate with designers for creative outputs
- Digital Marketing: Plan content calendars, create posts and captions, engage audiences on social media, and generate monthly reports
- Brand Integration: Monitor brand performance, adjust strategies based on market changes, and integrate the brand across products, services, and company culture
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, writing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate PR events, product launches, and promotional events; manage logistics and media coverage
Qualifiations
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing
- Digital marketing campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, web advertising, and graphics
- Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Media Planning & Buying (MPB)
- Brand identity development and management
- Digital analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Interpersonal Skills: Strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, strong project management, attention to detail, effective communication
