We are looking for a highly capable People Operations Manager to own our end-to-end HR ecosystem. You will be responsible for taking care of our team throughout their entire employee journey—from their first interview to their exit interview, and everything in between. ◇ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
◇ Partner with tech teams to understand technical role requirements.
◇ Drive our Employer Branding by showcasing our culture on platforms like LinkedIn and tech communities to attract top-tier talent.
◇ Design and execute a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
◇ Act as the primary point of contact for all employee queries.
◇ Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
◇ Design, implement, and periodically review our compensation and benefits packages.
◇ Maintain digital employee records and ensure full compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Law.
◇ Vendor management.
◇ Coordinate annual performance review cycles, assisting managers in setting clear KPIs and OKRs.
◇ Identify skill gaps across teams and help facilitate training or learning and development (L&D) initiatives.
◇ Organizing team-building activities, retreats, and celebrating small/big wins.
◇ Proactively address burnout, resolve conflicts early, and foster an inclusive, high-trust environment.
◇ Bachelor's degree in HRM from any reputed university.
◇ 3+ years of HR Generalist experience (preferably in tech startup or IT company).
◇ Deep knowledge of the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006, including payroll, tax deduction, and RJSC compliance.
◇ Proven track record closing technical roles using job portals, LinkedIn, and local tech communities.
◇ AI & Automation native: You actively use ChatGPT/Claude, ATS, Notion/Slack integrations, or HRIS platforms to eliminate repetitive tasks.
◇ Stellar written and verbal English plus professional Bangla proficiency.
