Role Overview

Job Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Participation: Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
  • Quality First: Write clean code (DRY and SOLID) to develop functional web applications.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Performance Optimization: Perform server-side tests to optimize performance.
  • Architecture & Integration: Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and apply knowledge of cutting-edge technologies to make modern applications.
  • Adaptation: Learn and adapt to any framework, library, AI tools necessary to improve product implementation.
  • Reusability & Design: Build reusable code and libraries for future use and apply a good understanding of design patterns and system architecture.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features.
  • User Focus: Gather and address technical and design requirements, get feedback from, and build solutions for users and customers.
  • Documentation: Write functional requirement documents and guides.

Qualifiations

  • Experience: Must have 1–2 years of industry experience. Flexible for the right candidate.
  • Core Tech: Expertise in JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Fundamentals: Solid grasp of core programming (DSA, Complexity) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Code Quality: A TDD mindset and a passion for writing clean code (DRY, SOLID).
  • Must-Haves: A public Git repository (GitHub, GitLab, etc.) and proficiency using modern AI tools to boost productivity.
