• Automation Architect: Design and develop next-generation test automation scripts using languages like JavaScript and tools like Cypress, setting high testing standards.
• Strategic Planning: Write and maintain comprehensive test plans based on feature specifications, identifying critical corner use cases and potential failure points.
• Quality Assurance: Research and troubleshoot software issues across all environments, web, tablet, and mobile, ensuring a unified, high-quality user experience.
• Release Command: Coordinate the shipment of regular software releases, effectively promoting and managing them across various environments.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with QA Analysts and Software Developers in an Agile process (using GIT and JIRA) to find solutions, and actively mentor junior team members.
• Communication Hub: Write clear, comprehensive bug reports, verify fixes swiftly, and communicate quantitative/qualitative findings to the development team to drive continuous improvement.

• Experience: 2-3 years in software testing across web, mobile, and tablet.
• Automation Skill: Proven expertise in creating automation test suites using frameworks like Cypress or Selenium (JavaScript,Ruby, etc.).
• Deep QA Knowledge: Sound understanding of all testing types (Smoke, E2E, Integration, Performance).
• Tools & Process: Experience with project management software like JIRA/Trello and Agile process.
• Mindset: Self-accountable, high attention to detail, and a mindset of ownership.
• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science & Engineering degree.
