We are seeking a Technical Product Designer to join our team at Sazim. In this role, you will help craft the visual and interactive elements of our software products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. You will collaborate with our product and development teams to create innovative, user-centered designs.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand technical complexities and develop application prototypes accordingly
• Participate in meetings with multiple stakeholders and document the requirements for design and development
• Engage with end users to find their problems and requirements and improve the product from their feedback
• Participate in the product development lifecycle and continuously improve the product from a user experience perspective
• Execute on all design stages and methodically design the entire product
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and process flows
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that illustrates how the application should look like and function

• One or more years of product designing and managing experience in web applications
• Expertise in using Figma and/or Adobe
• Can communicate fluently in English and defend his/her design decisions
• Experience in designing complete products from scratch, executing on all design stages
• Experience communicating to both engineering and business stakeholders, and across diverse cultures, work styles, and personalities.
• Experience in software design and development projects
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Understand the product vision, business objectives, and overall strategy
• Strong willingness to learn and contribute on a larger scale
• Highly adaptable to new technologies and implementations and solve complex problems
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CSE.
