We are seeking a Technical Product Designer to drive the entire design lifecycle, from user research to final prototypes. If you’re an expert in Figma who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, then this role is for you!

• Design Ownership: Execute on all design stages and methodically design the entire product, from concept to launch.
• User Advocacy: Engage with end users to find their problems/requirements and continuously improve the product based on their feedback.
• Engineering Bridge: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to understand technical complexities and develop application prototypes accordingly.
• Prototyping & Visualization: Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and process flows, and develop detailed UI mockups and prototypes (how the app should look and function).
• Stakeholder Management: Participate in meetings with multiple stakeholders (business/engineering) and accurately document design and development requirements.

• Experience: One or more years of product designing and managing experience in web & mobile applications.
• Design Mastery: Expertise in using Figma (framer, webflow, adobe are a plus)️.
• Technical Acumen: Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Communication: Can communicate fluently in English and confidently defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/CSE [MUST HAVE].
