• Own the design of features and products from discovery through final handoff.
• Run user research, interviews, and usability tests to identify problems and validate solutions.
• Translate stakeholder and client requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Work with engineers early to understand technical constraints and keep designs feasible.
• Prepare developer-ready handoff files and review implemented UI for design accuracy.
• Present and defend design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Use analytics and user feedback to improve the product experience after launch.
• Apply accessibility and usability best practices across all designs.
• Share feedback and guidance with junior designers when needed.
  

• 3–4 years of product design experience across web and mobile applications.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CSE, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work and your design process.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining design systems.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methods.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Understanding of web technologies and how designs are implemented in frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Fluent English communication, with the confidence to present and defend design decisions.
• Experience working with engineering and business stakeholders across different cultures and work styles.
• Experience working in Agile teams on client-facing software projects is a plus.
