• Own delivery of multiple concurrent client projects from scoping to launch and handover.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, scope changes and escalations.
• Translate client requirements into clear user stories, specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps and budgets, balancing scope, timeline and quality.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and put mitigation plans in place.
• Plan team capacity across projects together with engineering leads.
• Track and report delivery health using velocity, burn-down and budget metrics.
• Coordinate release plans and quality gates with QA and engineering leads.
• Lead post-project reviews and improve Sazim's delivery processes.
• Guide and mentor junior project managers. 
• Support pre-sales with scoping, effort estimation and proposals.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing software development projects, including at least 2 years as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar delivery-owner role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, client-facing software projects on time and within budget, ideally in a software services or agency environment.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, with hands-on experience adapting them to real project constraints.
• Solid technical understanding of modern web application development. Familiarity with stacks such as Java/Spring Boot or Node.js/NestJS, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred) is a strong plus.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel and working with international clients across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the confidence to lead client conversations and difficult discussions.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Linear, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CSM/PSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
