We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Sazim's technical projects from initiation to closure.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and QA testers, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to understand and gather project requirements, then translate these technical specifications into comprehensive documents for internal engineers and stakeholders.
• Manage resources effectively to optimise project performance and achieve objectives.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates on milestones, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate communication and foster a collaborative environment among team members to drive productivity and innovation.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and technical requirements.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work and manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Solid technical background with experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or related fields.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, Linear, Clickup or Asana.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
