Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and tech-savvy TPM Trainee to join our team for a 6-month program. This role is designed for fresh graduates or final-year students who want to build a career bridging the gap between technical engineering and business strategy. You will shadow senior managers, assist in daily project operations, and learn how to deliver software solutions effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Project Planning: Assist in creating and updating project plans, schedules, and timelines using project management tools.
  • Documentation: Help translate technical requirements into comprehensive documentation (PRDs, User Stories) for internal engineers and stakeholders.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and client meetings; document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a communication bridge between developers, designers, and QA testers to ensure tasks are clear and unblocked.
  • Task Management: Assist in tracking project progress, updating tickets in JIRA/Linear/ClickUp, and ensuring the team adheres to deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance Support: assist in verifying that project deliverables meet the initial scope and quality standards before release.
  • Risk Reporting: Learn to identify potential risks or delays and report them to the supervising manager.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in post-project reviews (retrospectives) to document lessons learned.

Qualifiations

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (fresh graduate) or currently in the final semester.
  • Experience: No prior professional experience required.
  • AI tooling: Must be able to leverage AI tools (smartly).
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Methodology: Theoretical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Tooling: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Linear is a plus (but not mandatory).
  • Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to learn technical leadership.
